The Only at Disney campaign was created inspire candidates to come work at The Most Magical Place on Earth. From research, we learned that audiences didn't believe that they could make magic at our parks and resorts.
The 'Only at Disney' campaign was inspired through interviews with cast members where they organically shared, “Only at Disney I can...” Through featured roles, tools of the trade and compelling photo and video, we were able to bring the viewer into the role at Disney so they feel like they could provide magical guest service and contribute to the Disney story. This campaign was introduced at Hong Kong Disneyland in 2020.
