The Disney Programs is a parent brand for the Disney College Program, Disney Culinary Program and Disney International Programs. Each program is a unique experience for college and university students domestically and internationally with a foundation based on the pillars of LIVE, EARN and LEARN.
I was tasked with rebranding the Disney Programs as a cohesive program experience for its return after the pandemic. The rebrand consisted of new cohesive logo designs, coordinating color palettes and full conceptualization of our recruitment campaign collateral. In early 2023, we adjusted our campaigns based on market research to better reach our Gen Z audiences. This consisted of a simplified communications approach, more social engagement and video trends and a new approach to campaign photography. As we continue to adjust our campaign and marketing strategies, we have seen application increase year over year.
